Cooking show “Nostalgia” is already a hit which is aired on ATN News every Friday at 9:30pm. This week fashion celebrated designer Emdad Haque and his wife Dipti haque visits another nted designer Chandrashekhar Saha's village home to prepare some traditional dishes of Old Dhaka.
It incorporates the cooking segment with stories that signifies the legacy of Old Dhaka and the unique lifestyle of the region.
Directed by media personality Afsana Mimi, “Nostalgia” aims at reconnecting people with the rich and diverse heritage of Bangladeshi cuisine.
The show is much more than a mere cooking show; it aims to turn the urban viewers nostalgic by presenting dishes that our grandmothers used to cook in traditional utensils and clay stoves.
“‘Nostalgia’ aims to go to different parts of the country and rediscover the recipes that have been passed down through generations,” ensured the director.
