Three children including two siblings drowned in Jhenaidah in two separate incidents on Tuesday.
The incidents took place at village Kalyanpauar and Sankarpur in Jhenaidah sadar upazila.
Family sources said, Saimun, 4, and his sister Farha, son and daughter of Zillur Rahman of Kallyanpur drowned in an irrigation canal near their house while they were playing.
Later, the bodies were recovered from the canal.
In another incident, Rabbi, 6, son of Sobhan Ali of Sanakarpur village drowned in a pond while taking bath on Tuesday afternoon.
