Hijackers hacked a man to death and snatched away his motorcycle at Mrigali area under Ishwarganj upazila in Mymensigh on Thursday midnight.
The deceased is Anwar Hossain, 34, son of Abdul Jabbar of Shorisha area under Ishwarganj upazila .
Ishwarganj police station Officer-in-Charge Rashedul Hassan said: “Hijackers rented the motorcycle and hacked Anwar to death when they reached Mrigali area.”
Later, the hijackers fled with the motorcycle.
