Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad has claimed that there is no justice and rule of law in the country.
The special envoy to the prime minister made the statement while addressing the council of Rajshahi District Jatiya Party on Saturday afternoon.
"There is no justice in the country. The incidents of killings and abductions are occurring one after the other," said Ershad.
He also said BNP does not have the strength to carry out movements for elections under a non-partisan government.
"Awami League will not accept BNP's demand for a caretaker government and BNP will not join the next parliamentary election," said Ershad.
He added: "As Awami League is losing popularity and BNP will not join the next election, Jatiya Party will win the election."
Ershad also called upon his party leaders and activists to unite for strengthening the party.
