Two youths have been killed and another one injured as their motorbike crashed into a roadside tree in Karulgoan area on Chatok Doara Bazar road under Sunamganj upazila in Sylhet on Friday night.
The deceased are Johny Talukdar, 18, and Masum, 17, of Barkahon village.
Witnesses said the motorbike carrying three youths crashed into a roadside tree at 11:30pm after the biker lost his control over it, leaving the two killed on spot.”
Chatok police station Officer-in-Charge Shahjalal Munsi said: “The injured youth Sayem, 20, has been shifted to Dhaka Medical College in critical condition on Saturday morning.
The bodies have been sent to Sunamganj Sadar Hospital for autopsy, he added.
