Reading competition for children

An inter-school reading competition will be arranged in the Gulshan area of the capital to engage children more into the habit of reading.

Monasa Learning Centre will be arranging Dhaka Reading Race for children aged between 5 and 14 from March 1, a press release said.  Yoberries is also a joint partner of the competition.

The class reaching the most minutes altogether will win a Pizza party at the courtesy of Pizza Roma and will also be featured at the Dhaka Tribune.

Children scoring 600 reading minutes will be rewarded with a Certificate from Monasa and a coupon for free frozen yogurt from Yoberries.

The reading record must be submitted in a hand-written report to the school in good order, up-to-date and in legible handwriting by end of March.

The American International School of Dhaka, Sunbeams school,  Scholastica, Canadian International School, Canadian Trillion School, French International School are particiapating in this reading race.
