Seven children of the Benapole Government Primary School, who were killed in a roadway mishap in Jessore on Saturday night, were buried at their family graveyards on Sunday afternoon.
Earlier in the afternoon, the namaj-e-janaza for Suraiya, 8, Mithila, 7, Ankhi, 11, Sabbir, 8, Shanto, 6, Shahanara, 9 and Akil Hossain, 7 was held at Benapole Ball Field.
The accident occurred when a bus carrying the school students was plunged in a roadside ditch while returning from a picnic in Mujibnagar at around 8pm on Saturday.
