A telefilm Podmo Bibir Pala will air tonight at 7:50pm on Maasranga TV. Written by Tanvir Aman and directed by Oli Ahmed, the telefilm features Zakia Bari Momo, Iresh Zaker, Dr Ezaz, Munira Mithu, Arfan, Shahed Ali, Kochi Khondokaar and many more.
The story revolves around a young woman named Podmo Bibi. Interestingly, the plot of the story is set on a train station. Podmo Bibi’s simple life and her philosophy change overnight as she meets with different unknown people in the train station where she waits for the train for quite long.
She gets herself introduced to the station master, a contemporary poet, a widower, an ignorant policeman and a few more. She discovers all of them are facing harsh realities in their lives. When she boards on the train, she becomes very upset and she fears that something bad might come to her path as well.
