Three African nationals were arrested with dollar making papers and chemicals from the capital's Uttara area on Tuesday night.
Detective Branch (DB) of police held the three African nationals - including two women - from Uttara.
Deputy Commissioner at Dhaka Metropolitan Police Media Centre Masudur Rahman said the foreigners were arrested from a house on Road-4 of Sector-5 in Uttara.
