Ganajagaran spokesman Imran H Sarkar demanded the ban on Jamaat-e-Islami and Hefazat-e Islam, as the latter was formed as militant organisation replicating the first one.
He made the call while addressing a rally in Sathmatha area of Bogra on Friday evening.
Imran said: “Militant efforts by both the organisations are causing the recent unrest in the country.”
He said Mancha would continue their movements until their six points are met.
Imran reiterated the demand for immediate execution of the verdict that had been delivered against the war criminals.
