Telefilm Shopnokonnya featuring a love triangle will air tonight at 7:50pm on Maasranga TV. Written and directed by Sharmin Chowdhury Ifshita, the telefilm features Shojol, Momo and Alif in the lead roles.
Here Momo is the “dream girl” (Shopnokonya) of two friends enacted by Alif and Shajal.
The story opens with Alif and Momo’s preparation for marriage. The play turns to a different angle when Momo has an accident which injures her head. Alif’s friend Shajal visits Momo in the hospital and that totally changes the fate of the three. The two young hearts fall in love with each other and after a certain while Momo confesses to Alif about the sudden shift in her mind. But, Alif does not take it seriously and thinks Momo is not in the proper state of her mind because of the accident. On the other hand, Shajal also cannot help himself to forget Momo and it poses a dilemma for him whether to choose love over friendship.
