Mymensingh arson victim dies at DMCH

A cook who fell prey to an arson attack in Mymensingh died of his burn injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Friday afternoon.

Mohammad Shahjahan, 30, succumbed to his injuries in the intensive care unit of the DMCH's burn unit at 1:45pm.

Earlier on December 21, blockade supporters hurled a petrol bomb at his auto-rickshaw in Ahmedpur while he was returning home sometime around 8pm.

He was rushed to DMCH at 1:30am.
