Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said the question scripts for the primary terminal examinations were partially leaked in four districts.
The minister revealed the probe committee report on the question paper leak at his ministry, Wednesday afternoon.
He said 80% of English and 50% of Bangla question papers were leaked in Dhaka, Khulna, Satkhira and Dinajpur.
A coaching centre in Mymensingh and the National Academy for Primary Education were found to be involved in the leak. Officials from the two organisations have been kept in the suspects list.
“Actions will be taken against the individuals involved in the question paper leak,” said Nahid.
