Miscreants shot and snatched Tk13lakh from a trader in capital’s Chowk Bazaar area in Old Dhaka on Tuesday morning.
The injured is AbulKashem, 40, a hardware trader of the area.
Sources said miscreants ridding on two bikes shot Abul and snatched away a briefcase carrying Tk13lakh in front of Dhakeshwari Temple around 11:30am.
Later, locals rushed Abul to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
DMCH police camp on duty officer Assistant Sub-Inspector Monir Hossain confirmed the incident to the Dhaka Tribune.
