Unidentified miscreants exploded two crude bombs outside the house of the city Mayor, Manjur Alam Manju, on Monday night.
Akbar Shah police station Officer-in-Charge Abdul Majid said: “Unidentified miscreants exploded two crude bombs outside the house of the city mayor in Kattoli area around 4:30pm.
“The mayor was at the home during the explosion,” he added.
No report of injury was filed in this regard.
