A crude bomb was set off in front of the western side of the old building of the Dhaka District and Sessions Judge Court around 2pm today. No one was reported as injured.
The explosion took place when an anti-hartal procession was passing by the court area, said Sub-Inspector Nizamuddin, officer-in-charge of the Metropolitan Session Judge Court outpost.
Sources said the road on which the explosion happened is generally used by the district judges. No one was arrested immediately.
