Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) declared its Best Reporting Award 2012 on Monday.
The award was given to Jamal Uddin, economic editor of the Daily Ittefaq, in print category, says a press release.
The award giving ceremony was held at BICC hall in the city, where organisers handed over the certificate and cheque to the recipient, the press release said.
Jamal Uddin started his journalism career in the early 1990s. He won the Best Reporting Award 2006 from Dhaka Reporters Unity, sponsored by Ministry of Finance and Planning. He also won the Best Reporting Award in 2007.
