Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj has been charged with abetment of suicide on the basis of the complaint filed by Jiah’s mother Rabiya Amin Khan, reports NDTV.
Meanwhile, the 23-year-old Suraj is likely to be produced in the court on Tuesday.
Sources said the couple had been dating each other for nearly a year.
Earlier, Rabiya made an alleged suicide note public, in which Jiah has named Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj and blamed their troubled-romance for all her depression and personal woes. She informed that some sections of the media and some film industry people are speculating that her daughter committed suicide because of depression related to her career.
