Tele-film “Nishachor Nishi Konna,” presenting a story of loneliness and solitary life of a young girl, will be aired on Channel9 Saturday at 9pm.
The tele-film revolves around a lonely girl named Nira who becomes tired of her lonely married life. One day she goes out for some fresh air on a lake side. She meets a stranger who takes her to be a sex worker and wants to get in touch with her. Nira takes Raihan back to her place and he wants to know about her past. In the morning, Raihan goes to Nira’s bathroom and stumbles across a dead body. He gets a mighty scare and many questions come to his confused and frightened mind. The very next day, he visits Nira again to get the answers to his queries. Thrilling mystery and questions takes the interesting story forward.
“Nishachar Nishi Konna” is an adaptation of a story by the famous Knut Hamsun who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1920. Directed by Fahmid Kazi, actors Nisho and Orsha acted in this tele-film.
