Drama serial “Khonikaloy” airs on Maasranga from Sunday to Wednesday at 8:40pm. The drama is written by Azad Abul Kalam and directed by Rahmatullah Tuhin. “Khonikaloy” portrays the societal and cultural norms of Bangladesh in a conventional setting. In the story, the name of the serial “Khonikaloy” is the name of a house. Khandakar family resides within the house and just like a seasoned tree, its branches and sub-branches reach out in all directions heavy with all its members whose personality and taste differ very much. There are other characters present in the drama who do not reside in the Khandakar’s home but everyone in the serial is tied together by the bond of an invisible thread.
