The list includes Hyderabadi chicken biryani, boasting the fragrant taste of basmati rice and heavy portions of juicy succulent chicken; chicken malai kebab, with its cubes of boneless chicken flavoured with herbs, spices, saffron and cream; and chicken tikka, a delight prepared with chicken infused with freshly-ground spices and grilled according to authentic traditions.
