At least 21 people have been killed in blasts at Brussels airport and a metro train. At least 35 others were severely injured in the blasts. Belgium's Local media are reporting that the blast at the airport was a suicide attack.
The blasts occurred four days after the arrest in Brussels of a suspected participant in November militant attacks in Paris that killed 130 people.
All public transport in Brussels was shut down following the blasts.
