The High Court has rejected a writ petition filed seeking a ban on publication and broadcast of statements by recently retired Justice Shamsuddin Choudhury Manik.
The bench of Justice Obaidul Hassan and Justice Krishna Debnath passed the order yesterday as it was not placed before the court properly.
Petitioner Zulfiqure Ali said that they would go to another bench with the petition soon.
