Well-crafted by the executive chef Krisna and team, Amaya’s new a la cart menu has been designed to appeal to an array of palettes and provide more exquisite options for guests to enhance their culinary experience. The chef will welcome all the guests with a combination of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai and international cuisines.
The idea of presenting Amaya A la carte is to keep the freshness of the dishes alive. The food will be freshly made by their chefs. Some of the organic items used in the dish are imported from Dubai or Thailand to retain the authenticity.
