ColoursFM 101.6 hosted an in-house party on the occasion of its second birthday yesterday.
The party started at 11am and continued till 8pm featuring special programmes with the participation of listeners, well-wishers, advisors and guest RJs.
Geetiara Safiya Choudhury, chief executive officer of Adcomm Ltd cut a cake on the occasion as the chief guest. Nazim Farhan Choudhury, chief executive officer of ColoursFM, was also present at the ceremony.
He said the idea of ColoursFM was generated in 1996 and the radio station was finally inaugaurated on January 10, 2014 after an extensive research.
The day was celebrated with songs and informal discussion among guests and executives of the station. The theme of the party this year was “pink.”
