An RMG worker has been killed and four others injured when the bus ran into a crowd in the capital's Kamlapur area.
The names of the victims could not be ascertained immediately.
Witnesses said the incident occurred around 8pm Monday when the driver of a bus of Balaka Paribahan lost his control over the steering and ran into a crowd of RMG workers near Kamlapur rail station.
On information, police rushed in and sent two of the injured to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, said DMCH police outpost In-Charge Mozammel Hoque. “The body has been kept at the morgue for autopsy.”
