A Dhaka court has ordered the district magistrate of Dhaka to exhume the body of Japanese citizen Hiroye Miyata for a post-mortem.
Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sheikh Hafiz Rahman passed the order on Thursday afternoon.
The court also ordered the district magistrate to appoint an executive magistrate for the exhumation of the body.

On Tuesday, police found the grave of missing Japanese citizen Hiroye at a graveyard in the capital's Uttara area. Police also detained five people for their suspected involvement with the incident.
On the same day, the detainees were granted a four-day remand each by a Dhaka court
On November 19, an official of Japanese Embassy in Dhaka filed a general diary with Uttara police station over the disappearance of Hiroye Miyata.
According to the GD, her mobile phone number was found switched off since October 26. Later, a case was filed in this connection on Sunday.
