Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami are involved in the recent killings of two foreigners in Bangladesh.
She made the statement while addressing the media on Sunday about the outcome of her visit to the USA to attend the 70th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Answering to a query of daily Samakal's Editor Golam Sarwar about the killings, Hasina said: “Both the murders have been committed in the same manner.
“There is obviously a reason behind it and I am sure BNP, Jamaat and the razakars have involvement in the murders.”
She termed the killings as a reaction to the trial of the war criminals.
Regarding the criticism of foreign countries, she said: “Bangladeshis are getting killed in these countries every now and then. Two Australian were killed in their own country soon after they withdrew Bangladesh tour while 10 were shot dead at a school in USA.

“What about these incidents?”
She even raised questions to the journalists regarding the poor coverage of the killings of Bangladeshis in foreign countries.
The prime minister also assured to arrest and bring the murders under trial.
