The continuous protest programmes by medical college admission seekers for the last 16 days has hardly yielded any result, observed the protesters yesterday.
They made the remark at a mass signature collection campaign and a caricature display on the Central Shaheed Minar premises.
Seeking support from the prime minister, they said they believed that initiatives would be taken to press home their demand for retake of admission tests in medical colleges.
The aspirants demanded that the result of medical college admission test held on September 18 be scrapped because questions were leaked on Facebook the night before the exams.
Since then, protest programmes has continued at different points of the capital. Today they would march towards the Prime Minister’s Office to hand over a memorandum, said Md Khaled Saifullah, spokesperson of Student-Parents Oikya Andolon.
They condemned the statements made by DGHS officials over not cancelling the results of the exams held.
