Two members of a family of Sylhet district were killed in Mina stampede, family members have claimed.
The deceased are Asma Begum, wife of Syed Shakhawat Hossain, and Shaheda Begum, wife of Syed Sadek Hossain.
Citing elder brother Syed Sadek Hossain, Syed Fajilat Hossain said his sisters-in-law died on the spot while his brothers and nephew were injured during the stampede.

"My brothers could not save sisters-in-law as they were also injured. They were admitted to hospital. After getting released from the hospital, they started searching their wives.
"Later, they identified Shaheda Begum's body in a hospital. However, Asma Begum could not be identified as many bodies were decomposed. But we are sure that Asma Begum is dead."
The government has officially confirmed the death of three Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims.
However, family members of seven Hajj pilgrims of Bangladesh claimed that the seven died in the stampede.
Saudi government has so far released 650 photographs of Mina stampede victims.
At least 769 pilgrims were killed on September 24 in a crush at Mina, outside the Muslim holy city of Mecca, where some two million people are performing the annual Haj pilgrimage.
