Three members of a family girl have been killed after a truck rammed into their autorickshaw at Kharkhori crossing in Rajshahi town.
The deceased are Ibrahim Hossain, 36, his wife Babita, 30, and their daughter Raima, 3.
Motihar police station OC Humayun Kabir said a truck hit the autorickshaw around 12:45pm Friday, leaving Babita and her daughter dead on the spot.
Ibrahim Hossain and autorickshaw driver Siddik were injured in the accident. They were admitted to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where Ibrahim died while undergoing treatment.
Police recovered the bodies from the spot. A case was filed with the police station.
