Detained businessman Md Enamul Haque has claimed that he did not finance militant outfit Shahid Hamza Brigade rather returned some money to a client for not being able to meet a garments order.
Golden Trust Apparel Director Enamul made the claim during RAB's primary investigation.
RAB arrested Enamul from Turag area in Dhaka around 10pm Saturday.

In a briefing on Sunday, RAB 7 Commanding Officer Lt Col Mista Uddin said: “Enamul claimed that some people had given him order and paid him advance for it in the beginning of August last year.”
“He could not meet the order so he returned the money on August 11, 2014,” he said quoting the detainee.
The RAB official said around Tk16 lakh had been deposited to the account belonging to a leader of the outfit Moniruzzaman Masud alias Don.
Enamul’s name came in Don’s confessional statement, he said.
