A woman has been killed and her granddaughter injured as a bus run over them in Doyaganj area in Dhaka.
The deceased is Angura Begum, 65.
Dhaka Medical College Hospital police outpost In-charge Mozammel Haque said: “A bus of Bahadur Shah Poribohon run over them while they were crossing the road around 12:30pm Thursday.
He said Angura was returning home after picking up Nusrat from her school.
Later, Angura died after being taken to DMCH.
