A 30-kilometre tailback has been created on both sides of Titas bridge in Sarail upazila of Brahmanbaria following the suspension of vehicular movement on Dhaka-Sylhet highway.
Vehicular movement was suspended on the highway due to repair work and construction of bailey bridge from 6am Friday to 4am Saturday.
Roads and Highways department Executive Engineer Shaymol Kumar Bhattacharya said the tailback resulted from huge pressure of vehicles on the highway.
