A case has been filed against give BCL activists over the killing of a fellow student activist over territory dispute in Sylhet Madan Mohan College.
Victim Abdul Ali's father Aklis Mia filed the case with Kotwali police station on Thursday afternoon.
The accused are: BCL activists Pronojit Das, Angur Mia, Rahul Kanti Dey, Masud and Tajjib. Of them, police detained Pronojit and Rahul on Wednesday evening.
Kotwali police station OC Sohel Ahmed said three to four unidentified persons were also made accused in the case.

He said police would seek remand for the arrested BCL activists.
Quoting the case statement, the OC said: "Ali was killed following establishing supremacy. Pronojit led the killing that took place on the second floor of the Academic Building of the college."
He said two injury marks were found on two sides of Ali's chest while another was found under his underarm.
"The BCL activist died due to excessive blood loss," he added.
Kotwali police station OC (investigation) Mosharrof Hossain will investigate the case.
Abdul Ali, 22, a Class XII student in the college, was killed following a dispute with his fellow BCL activists on Wednesday.
Sources at the college said Ali, a member of a Chhatra League faction under the leadership of Arun Debnath Sagar, had an altercation with another faction, led by Parvez, on Tuesday on the college campus.
Agitated over that altercation, the Parvez followers cornered Ali on the second floor of the college’s academic building on Wednesday and stabbed him around 12:30pm.
Teachers rushed critically injured Ali to Osmani Medical College Hospital right away. His heart had been punctured in the attack, and he died while undergoing treatment, around 2:30pm.
