Dhakacom Ltd, a leading Internet service provider of the country, from now on will be known as “Amber IT Ltd”.
The decision made by the authorities will take effect on August 1, says a press note.
The press release reads: "The authorities concerned have decided to change the name for the convenience of branding of the company across the country." “Amber IT Ltd” is now providing Internet, Data Connectivity, Internet Security, IP Phone, Video Conferencing, Web development and Web Hosting service.
