State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal and State Minister for Science and Technology Yafes Osman will be sworn in as ministers of the cabinet.
A high official, on condition of anonymity, confirmed this to the Dhaka Tribune on Tuesday afternoon.
He said three new faces to be inducted into the cabinet.
He said Nurul Islam BSC to be made the minister of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment.
"Tarana Halim will be inducted to the cabinet as state minister for Post and Telecommunication," said the official.
However, the portfolio of Lalmonirhat's MP Md Nuruzzaman could not be known.
The oath-taking ceremony will be held at Bangabhaban at 6pm Tuesday.
