State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak handed over 145 Tablets to the Speaker of Jatiya Sangsad, Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, at the Jatiyo Sangsad yesterday.
Officials of the National Assembly will get those devices.
Under its phase II Info Sarker Project, the ICT division has already distributed 25,000 tablets among government officials at different times.
Palak said the tabs will play a vital role in expediting the government initiative for implementation of digitised Bangladesh.
Deputy Speaker Fazle Rabbi Miah, Project Director Saiful Islam were present at the function.
