At least four people have been killed and 11 others injured as a bus knocked down a truck in Noyabazar area under Chauddagram upazila in Comilla.
The identities of the deceased could not be ascertained yet.
Noyabazar Highway Police outpost In-Charge Nazim Uddin said: “A Dhaka-bound bus of Boleshor Poribohon knocked down a truck stationed in the area around 7:30pm Saturday, injuring 15 people.”
He said: “Locals took them to Chauddagram Health Complex where the duty doctor declared two of the injured dead. Two others died when six injured were sent to Comilla Medical College Hospital in a critical condition.”
