The Retail Conference 2015 of Kazi & Kazi Tea was held in Chittagong yesterday where retailers exchanged their views on how the company’s organic tea could be widely promoted in the port city.
The conference was held in a restaurant at GEC intersection area where Asmaul Roxana, senior operation manager of Kazi & Kazi Tea, was present. Around 250 tea retailers of Chittagong city attended the programme.
“It is a matter of pride that Kazi & Kazi Tea has been doing business in Chittagong for the last eight years. Our tea is exported to six countries,” said Roxana.
She said the company was going to take steps for boosting its promotional activities in the port city.
“Kazi & Kazi Tea is the only organic tea grower in the country that has been producing 100% organic tea since 2000. From planting to plucking, the whole processes involves steps to ensure that the produce is fully organic and is grown without using using any kind of chemical.”
