The sale of advance tickets for bus services carrying passengers in different parts of the country will begin on July 3 in order to ease the journey of holidaymakers ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Bangladesh Bus-Truck Owners Association President Faruk Talukder Sohel said people would be able to buy tickets from July 3.
Sohel, also the managing director of Shohagh Paribahan, told the Dhaka Tribune yesterday the decision to sell tickets from July 3 was made at a meeting of the association members held in the capital on Friday.
