A CNG auto-rickshaw driver has been killed as a truck rammed into the auto in Basudeb-Jarultala area under Brahmanbaria sadar upazila.
The deceased is Abul Kalam, 35, of Sultanpur village of the upazila.
Four others were also injured in the accident. They were admitted to sadar hospital.
Brahmanbaria sadar police station OC Akul Chandra Bishwas said the accident took place around 7:45am Saturday.
He said the auto driver was taken to sadar hospital where he died of his injuries.
Hospital's emergency unit doctor Shakhawat Hossain said two of the injured were in critical condition.
