A member of Bitghar union parishad under Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria has been killed.
Deceased Al-Mamun, 38, is also a local leader of Jubo League.
Police recovered the body from under piled ashes at an abandoned building on Friday midnight.
The body was sent to sadar hospital morgue for autopsy.
