Dhaka-Sylhet rail link resumes after 3 hours

The rail communications between Dhaka and Sylhet has resumed three hours after it was snapped.

Abdur Razzak, manager of Sylhet region of Bangladesh railway confirmed the resumption of the train communications to the Dhaka Tribune.

The problem has been fixed and the train started to head to its destination again around 9pm, he said.

Earlier, the train communications collapsed due to technical glitch of the Sylhet-bound Jayantika Express at Shrimangal station around 6pm.
