Missing Monsur’s Wife: RAB picked him

His wife filed a general diary with Uttara east police station on Wednesday alleging a few men in RAB uniform picked her husband up breaking in the front door of their residence early Sunday. Monsur’s wife said in GD: “Ten RAB members and 4/5 plain clothed men broke into our house at 4am on October 23 and started beating up my husband. They gave no reply when we asked about the reason. Later they picked up my husband.” OC Abu Bakar of the police station has confirmed Bangla Tribune about the GD. However, RAB spokesman Mufti Mahmud Khan has claimed no such man was detained by RAB men on the day.
