Bangladesh gets additional US $1b WB fund for childcare

Bangladesh will get the highest amount of assistance from the International Development Association (IDA) in the next two years as well, hoped Jim. The WB has a fresh commitment of $72 billion as mostly soft loans from the IDA for different countries across the globe, he added. Currently it is only $52bn. According to the Economic Relations Division, Bangladesh got $1.7bn assistance from IDA last year.
