2 killed in Faridpur road accident

The deceased are Fotik Chondro Mollo, 38, of Sharifabadh village and Kaiser Khalia, 58, of Khardia village. Bhanga highway police station OC Azazul Islam said: “A tempo collided head-on with a Madaripur-bound bus in Bhanga bus stand area around 9am on Wednesday, killing two people on the spot.” He said the injured tempo driver has been admitted to Faridpur Medical College Hospital. “We have seized the bus but the driver managed to flee the scene,” he added.
