PM to return home on Sept 30

The premier is expected to leave Washington for home on September 29 and will reach Dhaka next day, PM’s press secretary Ihsanul Karim told BSS. According to previous schedule, she was scheduled to leave Washington on September 25 and reach home on September 26. The Prime Minister has arrived in Washington after wrapping her busy five-day schedule in New York. Sheikh Hasina would be accorded a reception on September 30 instead of September 26. The reception would start at Shahjalal International Airport and end at the Gonobhaban, said Awami League Joint general secretary Mahbub Ul Alam Hanif. He said the new schedule was adopted as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had changed her itinerary and would be leaving the United States on September 29.
