The Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has completed the final dumping of 32,662 tonnes of sacrificial animal waste at the Matuail Landfill over the past three days.
According to DSCC, a total of 14,814 tonnes of sacrificial waste was finally disposed of at the Matuail Landfill by 11:59pm on Eid day.
A total of 8,977 tons of waste was disposed of by 11:59pm on the day after Eid, while another 8,871 tonnes had been disposed of as of 6pm on Saturday.
