The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United Healthcare Services Ltd, Branch-1 (Medix), to provide comprehensive healthcare facilities for ULAB employees and their dependents.
The MoU was signed on Monday by Dr. Hossain Imam, associate professor and head of center operations at Medix, and Professor Milan K. Bhattacharjee, PhD, acting vice chancellor and treasurer of ULAB.
Under the agreement, healthcare services will be extended to ULAB faculty members and administrative staff, as well as their dependents, including parents, spouses, and children.
Also present from Medix were Dr. Md. Nazmul Hasan, manager of medical services, and Md. Bappi Shahrear, assistant manager of corporate marketing. From ULAB, Registrar Lt. Col. Md. Foyzul Islam (retd.), Asifur Rahman Khan, deputy director and head of communications, and Md. Mahmud Hossain, deputy director of the Student Affairs Office, were also in attendance.
